Wine & Vibes

A custom wine bar pop up experience, curating Catalan wine and tapas, with the best playlist in the Western Catskills. Cafe Mutsi in Andes, NY brought me on to facilitate and host a Wine & Vibes weekend to reintroduce their nightly service to the area. I curated/facilitated tastings and ordering of an all-Catalan wine list, built incredible playlists, designed menus and socials, and consulted on food menus, and style of service.
